Protocol for Events with UCLA Executive Leadership

After receiving confirmation of attendance for Chancellor Julio Frenk, Dr. Felicia Knaul or Executive Vice Chancellor and Provost Darnell Hunt, a completed speaking engagements form is due six weeks prior to all events.
While this form provides a foundation for the Executive Communications team, a member of the team may reach out to the contact person listed at the end of this form to discuss the role of the executive and refine remarks.
