Q: I would like to invite the Chancellor to my event. What is the process?
A: Review these general guidelines to calendar the Chancellor, Chancellor’s spouse and/or Executive Vice Chancellor and Provost.
Q: I’d like to invite a dignitary to participate in my event. What is the process?
A: Prior to inviting a dignitary to visit campus, see the UCLA Visiting Dignitary Policy and Guidelines. Prior to extending an invitation to a high-level dignitary, complete the Visiting Dignitary Form or contact Tricia Lippert, Special Events and Protocol.
Q: A dignitary/VIP/elected official will be attending my event, who should I contact?
